Help for DigitalTV Stalker Player — an IPTV player for services running on Stalker Portal or Ministra middleware.

Every channel, film and radio station you see in the app comes from your own provider's portal. The app supplies no content and sells no subscription. If something is missing from your channel list, or a recording has expired, that is decided by your provider, not by the app.
Download it from the app store on your television, phone or streaming box.
Type the address your provider gave you, for example http://portal.example.com/c/. A bare hostname also works — the app tries the usual portal layouts itself.
The login screen shows a MAC address the app derives from your television. Your provider has to add that MAC to their portal before it will let you in.
Channels, the guide, catch-up, the library and radio all load from the portal.
Any IPTV service running Stalker Portal or Ministra middleware. If your provider gave you a portal address and registers devices by MAC, it will work. It does not work with services that only give you an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes username and password.
Only from your IPTV provider. We do not issue portals, accounts, channels, codes or subscriptions, and we cannot look yours up.
Stalker and Ministra identify a set-top box by its MAC address, not by a login. The app derives a stable MAC from your own television and shows it on the login screen, so you normally do not have to type anything. Send that MAC to your provider so they can register it.
Either the MAC is not registered on the portal, or the subscription attached to it has expired. Read the MAC from the login screen, send it to your provider, and ask them to check the subscription.
Yes, if your provider changes the MAC on your account to the one this app shows. Only they can do that.
Each television derives its own MAC, so each one is a separate device on the portal. Whether a second device is allowed is your provider's decision.
Check your internet connection first. If only one channel is affected it is usually a temporary problem on the provider's side. If many channels fail, restart the app and your router, then contact your provider.
The subscription may not be active yet, or no channels have been assigned to it. Confirm the status with your provider.
Providers keep recordings for a limited number of days and then delete them. The guide marks which programmes still have a recording — ones without a marker cannot be played back.
The app only shows what your provider's portal offers. If the portal has no radio or no video library, those tabs are hidden.
Open the audio or subtitle menu during playback and pick a track. Which languages exist depends entirely on the stream your provider sends.
Go to Settings → Change PIN. The PIN is stored on your provider's portal, not on the television, so if you forget it your provider can reset it for you — and a reset takes effect in the app straight away.
Your television's date and time are wrong. Set the clock to update automatically in the television's own settings, then reopen the app.
Email support@dtvsol.com and tell us your television model, the app version from the Settings screen, and the portal address you are using. For anything about your account, billing, channels or recordings, please contact your IPTV provider — we have no access to their portal.
