Terms & Conditions
The terms you accept by installing and using DigitalTV Stalker Player.
Last updated: 11 September 2026 · This English text is the binding version. The Spanish and Bulgarian translations are provided for convenience.
DigitalTV Stalker Player is a player, and nothing else. It does not provide, host, bundle or include any channels, streams, films, series or radio stations, and no subscription is sold through it or through this website.
The app connects only to the Stalker Portal or Ministra portal address you enter yourself. Everything you see is delivered and controlled by your own IPTV provider, who is solely responsible for that content and for holding the rights to distribute it. We do not endorse or encourage streaming copyright-protected material without the rights holder's permission.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not install or use the app.
2. What the app does
The app is a client for IPTV services running Stalker Portal or Ministra middleware. You supply a portal address; the app registers itself with that portal using a device identifier derived from your television, then presents the live channels, programme guide, catch-up recordings, video library and radio stations that the portal returns.
Which formats play depends on your television's own decoders and on what your provider streams — typically MPEG-TS or HLS carrying H.264 or H.265 video with AAC, MP3 or AC-3 audio. We do not control the streams and cannot guarantee that any particular channel, codec, audio track or subtitle will work on any particular device.
3. You need your own subscription
The app is useless without an active subscription from an IPTV provider whose service runs on Stalker Portal or Ministra. We do not sell, resell, broker or arrange such subscriptions, we cannot recommend providers, and we have no access to any provider's portal. Buying the app does not entitle you to any content.
4. Your provider's service
Your relationship with your IPTV provider is separate from your relationship with us. Availability of channels, the number of days recordings are kept, how many devices you may register, stream quality, pricing and the lawfulness of the content are all matters for your provider. If the portal you enter stops working, changes its address or refuses your device, that is for your provider to resolve.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its name and its trademarks remain the property of DTVSol LLC. You may not copy or modify the app, attempt to extract its source code, or create derivative versions of it.
6. Charges and changes
The app is a one-time purchase from the app store you buy it in. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. We may change the app over time; we will not start charging for something that was free without making the change clear first.
7. Your device and your connection
Keep your device and your access to the app secure, and do not modify the operating system in ways that could stop the app working. The app needs an active internet connection; any data charges from your network operator, including roaming, are yours.
8. Limitation of liability
We rely on third parties — your television manufacturer, your network and above all your IPTV provider — for the app to be useful. To the extent permitted by law, DTVSol LLC accepts no liability for loss arising from your use of the app, from content supplied by a third-party provider, or from a provider's service being interrupted, withdrawn or unlawful.
9. Updates and termination
System requirements may change and you may need to install updates to keep using the app. We may stop publishing or supporting the app at any time. On termination, the rights granted to you here end and you should stop using the app.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Please review the page from time to time.
